I am not sure what historians will call the Obama foreign policy: Choices are: Disengagement, Lurch to the Left, US going away clearance sale, Don't expect me to mean what I say, Oops!
We will survive he failures just like we survived the failures of Bush 43, 41, Clinton, etc.
I am convinced the Obama is acting on his beliefs and what he thinks is in the best interests of a multi-lateral world, not necessarily just the United States.
I am hopeful that we will pull our collective head of our Arse for the next election and elect someone who: 1) Establishes a Vision, 2) Articulates the Vision, 3) Establishes policies that move us toward the Vision. I am sure we will all disagree on the Vision and how we get there and our RP discussions will continue forever and ever. Amen!

It will take a minimum of 3 decades to recover from the damage this Administration has done to the world

The problem is that he always THINKS he is the smartest man in the room, even though on a given subject, an expert is often present. So he goes his own way, without coherence.
It seems to me that he does not understand how his decisions affect each other, particularly as it comes to foreign policy.
