I always thought, women that grew up on a farm, knew how to cook, and shoot very good.
But as to here on an island, women grow up now, with their moms that do most of the cooking.
My youngest cooks now, after I told her, and showed her, how to cook, with the statement of, "It's better to cook yourself, because you get to cook what you want to eat".

SGT (Join to see) normally farm girls do cook but mine was an only child and had to work in the field.
