Unless food is actually toxic, there is no such thing as unhealthy or healthy. Healthy living comes from a balanced diet, an appropriate exercise/fitness regimen and adequate rest.

Leafy greens are a superfood. Eat nothing but spinach and run marathons daily, eventually you'll die of malnutrition.
