Bowe Bergdahl court-martial conviction for Army desertion thrown out by federal judge

Somewhere there are trees screaming because they produced oxygen for this @$$wipe to breathe...TRAITOR!!!

Absolutely ridiculous on 3 counts:

1) Jurisdiction. The district Court has no authority over Courts Martial.

2) Sentence. Any judge attempting to curry favor would have never let Bergdahl get away without jail time. That in and of itself destroys the entire premise of this case. But most importantly....

3) HE FLIPPING PLED GUILTY. The judge does not control plea deals. If it had gone through actual trial, maybe. But it did not. If the judge had rejected the plea deal and forced a trial for more jail time, maybe. But he did not. The judge had NO PART in Bergdahl pleading guilty or the deal he got, aside from accepting WHAT BERGDAHL AGREED TO.

Since the plea deal is null and void, I guess that means we get to actually try him, now, right? Death Penalty is still an option.

Six good men died while trying to find this pos. This is a slap in the face to their families.
