Like any parenting experience, parenting an LGBTQ+ child is a journey that brings with it the highest of highs, as well as stress and worry.
It is also a journey that comes with its own unique challenges, especially amid a sharp rise in anti-LGBTQ+ legislation across the country -- legislation that often targets young people.

As a LGBTQIA+ parent, I am relieved that there are many accepting parents out there. Anyone that doesn't like it can kick rocks.

That's a tough row to hoe these days with these anti LGBtQUIA+ people screaming their heads off about grooming, blah, blah, blah. I commend you for doing the even harder parenting work. Love it when I see my clients accept their children for who they are and not what they want them to be.
