Nothing for ANY of the guns. He got 10 years for dealing drugs.
10 years might sound like a long time time to us, but actually it was a sweetheart deal compared to what he could have received.
This fits the pattern of federal prosecutions, especially on gun charges. Real criminals are given sweetheart deals where the federal prosecutors throw away most of the charges to get a guilty plea rather than take the case to court. Meanwhile the occasional ordinary citizen who gets caught for a "status" offense is typically prosecuted "to the fullest extent of the law."

PERHAPS part of the reason for the sweetheart deal was to avoid raising the issue of the "stolen law enforcement gun" in court. If that gun was really stolen, it was almost certainly unsecured and probably lost under circumstances that would have been embarrassing at best.
