I did not see anywhere in this article that the person that made the illegal purchase was charged, only the recipient of the pistol. Does little if both parties are not charged.

MSG Stan Hutchison - That is a huge no go for me. If the left wants to restrict my firearms with more laws then they must prove worthy and hammer down on the laws being broken. In my opinion, the person that lied on the FFL form was the bigger crime.
