Hurricane barrier along Texas coast could protect residents while improving supply chain delays

A very interesting project. I would like to see the technical specifications on it, and just importantly I would like to see the environmental clearance for it. Houston is close to my heart. Playing around with tides and waves is a tricky thing. Sometimes good intentions can turn to bad results very quickly. They have an good video explaining some of the project.
