The case for CANDU nuclear technology

I am very surprised that Canada is going to go nuclear because in the USA, the Church of the Green New Deal fanatics don't want nuclear, they don't want natural gas and they don't want coal, they just want wind and solar.

Congressional testimony has indicated that up to 2/3 of the USA may have brownouts or blackouts in 2023 and afterwards because of President broke- back Biden wanting to put new EPA regulations restricting oxides of nitrogen from power plants which means they will probably be decommissioned before their time even though the technology to replace it is not in place and not reliable enough to prevent a nationwide catastrophe.

Another problem for Canada there's a $10 billion dollar nuclear depository that's almost completed and even president Trump didn't complete it so nuclear waste is going to sit outside these nuclear power plants until somebody decides to finish the Nevada Yucca Mountain depository.

I can't wait for a change to a new Republican Administration that will reverse all these dumb Green New Deal ideas that rely on wind and solar.
