Congress and the White House have ceded all their powers to the Administrative State. The Supreme Court is all that remains standing between us and them. I pray they will choose wisely

SFC Casey O'Mally
One of these days there is going to be a bold MFer - a modern day RBG (I didn't like her politics, but the woman had a Huge set of brass one, and a SHARP legal mind) - and just go to town on the Exexcutive Department, arguing that this, that, AND the other are all in violation of the 10th Amendment.
Then, they will start arguing that that there, this here, and them over there are all in violation of the separation of powers as executive overreach.
Even if they only win 1/4 of their cases, how wonderful it would be to have the Executive pruned back closer to where it belongs.
That's what I was dreaming when I woke up this morning. *le sigh.*
