Amid an uproar over aviation officer service obligations, Army personnel officials admitted Thursday afternoon that in recent years, at least 190 active duty pilots voluntarily resigned years ahead of schedule due to an error in how Human Resources Command tracked and applied their commitments.
The discovery came during an ongoing audit that the command expects will continue “over the next 30-60 days,” Army personnel directorate spokesperson Maj. Andrea Kelly told Army Times in a statement.

Why don't they ever make these types of mistakes with the Enlisted folk? I've been out of the game long enough now (7 years retired), that Active Duty policies are just a memory.
My biggest fear, is that some day, our government is going to fail, and our pensions and VA compensations will go away. How many of us could live on what we make right now, with our current jobs and no military benefits?

You are correct, the current Administration including lying Chuck Schumer wants to take away the debt limit until the new administration of 2024 kicking the can down the road so they could bankrupt us that much sooner.

I'm glad they discovered the mistake but who would want to join the military today? Look at instead of trying to cater to the majority, the US Navy wants to cater and use people who don't represent the majority of the population.

I know my comments were geared toward the us navy. The Army did something similar already when you think that the advertising would have a common denominator of patriotism, service and not the military trying to cater to small minority groups which may do a fine job whether or not they are heterosexual or not but the problem is that these modern Democrats are so much into identity politics that they should not virtue signal and have the advertising backfire on them because it will just turn off your audience and destroy your goal of retention and recruiting.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff it is a mistake by HRC but we have a related problem of Madison Ave forgetting the common denominator of recruiting. Patriotism duty, honor and Country.
