I have seen video footage of the dead guy with his weapon shoulder but pointing at a downward angle.. this seems threatening to me. It is amazing to watch demonstrates block roads and see police siding with those blocking roads. Emergency vehicles are blocked, people with emergencies are blocked and people are prevented from their routine activities are blocked.
