Since I have a history of colorectal Ca, both sons were told to have a colonoscopy at 40. Both had some symptoms in their mid 30’s. Their doc’s sent them for colonoscopy, neither had cancer and are on a 5 year schedule of getting scoped.

I had my first one last fall. My paternal grandmother died from it - but had she been getting screened she probably wouldn't have died from it. My dad started going in after she died and he got it at 60 but they caught it early enough to remove it and he had no further issues.
