Maj Robert Thornton the people who need this info aren’t reading the rules and they have ghost guns, Fire first and then ask questions

The Ignorant may think so, but anyone who has taken a Concealed Carry Course, which I think should be required to purchase a handgun, will tell you its a dangerous path when you choose to take it.
