Not really. The judge found there was no malfeasance here. No intent or anything like that. She will not have any punitive damages or fines. Just whatever actual damages Katie can prove. And a cease and desist, of course.
But since Katie is a relatively minor brand more or less limited to the Australian market, the damages are not likely to be all that high.
