Good job... The ERA is a redundant attempt to fix something that doesn't need fixed. They can't even define what a woman is and want to protect whatever. Pandora's box. You can't legislate everything.

We have very clear rules. Shame on the Republicans for not allowing us to completely ignore them and get what we want.

Here is a thought. Maybe, if ERA is that important, since you apparently have the support for it, DO IT AGAIN. If you think 38 states STILL want it, just take the exact same thing, slap a new date on it, and start today. I am sure you'll have it through all the hoops in a matter of months.
