Evidently I know nothing about global business.
One US company wants to but another US company. Why is Britain allowed to block them?
Now, the very end of the article states that the FTC also has concerns. And in that case, sure. Maybe. But if FTC gives the go-ahead, then go for it folks. Then the UK can choose to give their citizens access to your services or not. But block your deal? On what grounds?
(And let's face it, if this deal goes forward, even without UK's blessing, UK wouldn't deny Microsoft the UK market - not with everything Microsoft runs.)
