I never heard of a Civil Rape case before. The Left makes up law as it goes. Heck I’m NYC they are trying to make a misdemeanor a federal case. Their hate is very strong. There us no satisfying it.
--- It's a civil suit. It's not "made up." Perhaps try reading the article. Also why are you defending Trump against a rape accusation? She isn't the only one. I don't understand Trump cultists. I really don't.

HH6 & I saw this on the news last night, when they said " Carroll is not even certain whether the assault took place in 1995 or 1996." I looked at HH6 and asked her if that sounded right, she said "No it doesn't, if that happened to me I'd remember the day and time !"

Well it sounds like your wife has never been a victim of abuse or assault since she said "if that happened to me..."
Every victim reacts differently to trauma. When my ex husband (then we were married when this happened) beat the s* out of me and strangled me, that time I did manage to get away and called the cops. When they came I wrote down a statement. I think it wasn't but a week or two later, I really can't remember how long after I met with the prosecutor, I was reading the statement and even at that point I though oh wow I wrote that? This happened in Nov 2014. I only know it was Nov 1, it was the day after Halloween. I do remember what led up to that but not all of it is 100% clear. And that even within just a couple weeks I hadn't remembered everything I wrote down. And what did he say when I answered when he called from jail "I blacked out. I don't remember it." Convenient for him...that one he did plead guilty to and only got probation - probation he never followed and they filed to revoke but then just let it go. I did stay another 5-6 months only because I used to believe addiction is a disease.
He beat me 3 times total - and I remember all of it but not 100% clarity at this point. I don't remember the exact date of the first one, just it was in August. I remember the second one it was the day before my birthday and I was pregnant. Don't even bother with "well you stayed" or some bulls* like that either.
There are people who repress traumatic events for so long and when they do come back up, it can be hard to remember exactly when something happened. So tell your wife be glad it's never happened to her.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - The guy she lived with before we met put her in the hospital a couple times after he beat her, he also raped her more than once. She could remember and this is from a woman who has admitted she has a bad memory.

SPC Gary C. - Then why did you say she said "IF it happened to me I'd remember?" That makes it sound like it never happened and now you say it did? Contradictory...
Either way I just showed you that within 2 weeks of me giving the written and oral statement to the cops and then sitting with the prosecutor and re-reading it there were things I didn't remember that I read. Within just a couple weeks. I can't even remember exactly if it was a couple weeks.
Here's my point - EVERY victim is different. EVERYONE reacts to trauma differently. Some people will be assaulted, raped, sexually assaulted, molested and then bury that memory so deep that they forget it until something triggers the memory to the surface. Those are straight up facts. Your wife isn't representative of all victims.
Also it's really weird to be calling your wife "HH6" when you're not even in and it's always super weird anyone who ever does that in the military. That's just an opinion.
