Remember Nancy Pelosi and many Democrats are left this and believe that President Trump has to prove his innocence one they don't even know their constitution.
Innocent until proven guilty unless you're all left this Democrat. Moderate Democrats know the difference but the people in the squad don't know the difference because they probably hate the Constitution the way it's written.

Presumption of guilt and proof of innocence is how the left has always tried the Right. Presumption of innocence only applies to liberal voting law breakers, many of whom are most definitely guilty of something.

That way I can capture the slide and rub it in the face of Democrats. The Democrats are the same to me for dumb things Republicans did then that's okay too because I I believe in bringing out any side that does something wrong.

It doesn't matter, mistakes or not, when it goes to the Appellate Court it is not against the law to pay somebody to be quiet. Look what happened in the John Edwards case.
Only in the Twilight Zone of Alvin Braggs New York will this hold water but it wouldn't goes up higher to the Appellate Court or the Supreme Court it will be found that he will be found not guilty.

It's interesting that both the leftist people who hate Trump and Republicans who hate Trump and conservatives who like Trump all agree that the case is weak and even the pundits on CNN and MSNBC legal teams are scratching their heads saying is this going to work? The other cases different story but we know that they can't prosecute Trump for having classified information because it was secured and now we're finding out that the Biden Administration knew and was involved in the raid. As usual, the Biden Administration lies again!
