A Jan. 6 defendant admitted on the stand Monday that he was armed with a gun when he charged toward a police line at the Capitol.
Christopher Alberts, of Maryland, was arrested with a gun near the Capitol on the night of Jan. 6 and was one of just a handful of rioters to be taken into custody that day. He faces a host of charges, including felony civil disorder and felony assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers. Prosecutors allege that Alberts was “prepared for battle” on Jan. 6, wearing a tactical vest with protective plates and carrying a fully loaded firearm with hollow-point ammunition when he “brandished a wooden pallet-type object and used it as a makeshift battering ram."

But if this were a Democrat and Alvin Bragg's borough of Manhattan, he would lower it to a misdemeanor. I forgot to mention that Democrats are claiming that those people who were talking about victims rights in New York City and how Alvin Bragg isn't doing a good job is this a publicity stunt. Here is the actual website so Democrats can eat crow.
The mother of this organization is really upset because Alvin Bragg let two of the salens who killed her son go free with just a plea deal. They were seeing stabbing her son yet they got off lightly.
Had this been an lgbtq person and it was stabbed by a republican, you know for sure Alvin Bragg wouldn't have dropped the charges with misdemeanor.

So, is the instinct that rioters and looters in big cities have when they attack cops the same thing? If it isn't, it's awfully similar, and the leftists seem to get away with it way too often.
