Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft tweeted that a job posting for a “diversity, inclusion and belonging leader” was an example of “left-wing indoctrination in the workplace” and the wrong use of taxpayer dollars. State agency leaders say inclusion and belonging programs help retain employees during a severe staffing shortage.
High employee turnover has plagued Missouri’s Department of Social Services for years.
The department’s staffing woes have contributed to a range of problems — from foster children languishing in state care for longer than they should be to disabled residents waiting months to receive federal food benefits to investigators unable to keep up with child abuse and neglect complaints.

There is left-wing indoctrination that even modern Democrats of old or my age have seen that the Democratic party of today is nothing like how it was 20 years ago. And you wonder why someone like Lori lightfoot, who lets her City go into the toilet way worse than her predecessors, and you wonder why she can't even get 20% of the vote on a Democratic primary?
Everything we've seen with President Biden and most Democrats come on when you criticize them comma they just double down and make things worse instead of admitting they have a problem, framing the problem and then fixing it.
Republicans may have some issues but if they don't fix them soon, they'll be voted out.

It all depends. Things should be cleaned up but as seen in the movie no safe spaces, the left will often say that hate speech is everything they don't agree with.
We didn't ask the left to indoctrinate kids and make them question their identity, whenever ask the kids to hate each other and say that the reason the USA broke away from England was because England was going to ban slavery when that wasn't true because I didn't happen until 1833 not 1776 like the left tries to portray the 1619 project and critical race Theory trying to say that racist USA broke away from England when it wasn't the case but for other reasons but the left makes up stuff just like the public affairs officer of the White House keeps lying and earning one Pinocchio after another.
State governments like the ones in Oregon are wondering why many businesses are leaving the state because they passed laws and put in George Soros district attorneys who don't prosecute.
There may be too much of a backlash against the encroaching left of Lenin Democrats that would make President Clinton and JFK moderate Republicans.
This movie puts down identity politics and it came out way before the Draconian lockdowns of 2020. No safe spaces is actually available on YouTube!!
