Just remember, it's not the weapon system, it is the operators . If the crews are not a "crew", then you can have the best tank in the world, it won't make a difference. Making a "crew" doesn't happen over night. Also, what is better, getting a tank they know, are used to or something they are not trained in? Just my thoughts.
