I thought this scenario would end in an electrical fire when they wire al the outlets in violatio of the NEC.... The Fire Marshall would unrinate himself if he saw these contractors.

That is a good day! People used to ask me aren't you afraid of getting shocked? I would say no I turned it off before I started! I would get perplexed looks every time! :)
