Clarifying questions:

It is OK for a self-identified female with male genitalia to shower with biological women who self-identify as female, but if a self-identified male with female genitalia showers with biological women, is that a violation of UCMJ article 120c? Who gets charged?

It is OK for a self-identified male with female genitalia to shower with biological men who self-identify as male, but if a self-identified female with male genitalia showers with biological men, is that a violation of UCMJ article 120c? Who gets charged?

What happens if a bisexual or gender fluid person showers with someone who self-identifies as heterosexual? Is that a violation of UCMJ Article 120c? Who gets charged?

Maybe a PowerPoint presentation is needed?

UCMJ Article 120c, Indecent viewing and indecent exposure – Forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement for 1 year, and a dismissal or dishonorable discharge.

I think I have a headache, I'm not sure. Perhaps someone at the pentagon can tell me, with a PowerPoint.
