I actually have a collection of the VHS Tapes that contains the entire series of the "Victory at Sea" episodes. These tapes contain the original Full length version of every episode just as they appeared . on TV. I still also have a 5th TV set up in an extra room that they can be watched on that can play the VHS tapes. I used to watch this on TV both at home and at My late Father in Laws house. (he was a WWII Veteran in the Pacific )

This was a never miss show when I was growing up. I've got all the music from the show on both vinyl and CD.

I may be younger than you but I also bought the Victory at Sea record in the 1980s. Before cable tv, I would watch it whenever I could. I'm sure my father grew up watching this on television since he was born in 1930. This post was meant for the younger generation of service members who were born in the last 20 years so they can discover this historical NBC TV series. That's why I mentioned you can get this on YouTube as well as Roku TV since everybody is so connected today.
