Down voted for ideologically motivated blatant and intentional misstatement of fact.

I remember the elite high school in Virginia that hide the results of honors exams from students applying to colleges.

Firat it is not AP classes but the AP test he wants to re-evaluate. I did not have AP course available at my high school much less the AP test and I score a 32 on my ACT entrance exams, got scholarships from 7 universities. Sounds like someone is making a mountain out of a mole hill until we get all the facts.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen
You're wrong there, he actually has blocked AP classes: https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/desantis-defends-blocking-african-american-studies-course-in-florida-schools
DeSantis defends blocking African American studies course in Florida schools
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis defended his administration's decision to block a course on African American studies from the state's public schools. He said teaching Black history is required in Florida schools, but the Advanced Placement course amounted to ‘indoctrination.’ The fight is just the latest in the ongoing identity and culture war in Florida that has become a hallmark of DeSantis' agenda.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - That is one class and without knowing what the actual curriculum was he may or may not have been correct. As a former teacher some times course that originate outside the states board of education don't always meet the states curriculum. So I cannot comment one way or the other without more than the attached article.
