Communities struggling with banking access give banks on wheels a spin

This service is probably needed in Ukraine due to the electric outages, and people need money to buy food and supplies. It might apply if the US has a huge disaster and people need money.

I was working a mobile money in a very bad neighborhood, and an older woman was digging in her purse, so I was watching thinking what the hell, she pulled out a St Christopher Keychain and said you need this more than me... I was really looking at everyone else that day.
