Pelosi says this is the real reason GOP members heckled Biden...
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reacts to some GOP members heckling Biden during his State of the Union address, calling it "showbiz" to cover putting Medicare and Social Security "on the table."

I worked for one of the largest US healthcare, devices, and pharmaceutical companies for almost 28 years. I remember listening to a conversation between several director and managers where they were speaking about moving manufacturing to China. I asked them if they thought if was a good thing to have all or most of or manufacturing in one country? I then went on to speculate what could happen if suddenly the US and China weren’t getting along and wouldn’t this impact the supply of medications and products? Of course, since I was only a senior admin assistant, my concerns were dismissed. The reason I had these concerns is because at this time (about 20 years ago) I along with all the assistants in the company were having trouble getting visas from China because we weren’t getting along at that time. It was taking us approximately 3 months to get a visa for one of our managers to travel to China. We all saw what happened during the pandemic with the supply chain issues. My concerns 20 years ago were confirmed during the Covid pandemic. The US should not have all of its eggs, so to speak, in one basket."

I thought the Speaker conducted himself very well. He obviously anticipated that a handful might be disruptive. When they acted out, he attempted to shush them. He is going to have his hands full particularly with Greene and Boebert

I am kinda glad he is going to have his hands full with those two as we should never be 100% on board with anything all the time because the party says to. I am not a fan of Green personally but I appreciate strong opponents.

SP5 Dennis Loberger it's my understanding he met with them prior to the SOTU & requested calm... obviously to no avail. I would like to see the Real Republicans stand up for what they used to support... not what 45 dictates.
