Even North Korea has officially cut ties with Russia, IIRC. NK allegedly still sells weapons to Russia though.

This makes me wonder if China is learning the correct lesson from Putin's failure. If they think that Putin is failing because he's "crazy", they may attempt the same in Taiwan thinking that their choice has a hope of succeeding because it's rational. It seems that Putin's failure is the direct result of international support for Ukraine, the same support that is already assembling in response to China's belligerent stance towards Taiwan
