Anytime a person makes a list of "The Greatest ****" it is subjective. There are many on this list I would agree on, but not all. There are many more I would add. Guess you have to draw a line somewhere.

There are quite a few on the list who are good vocalists, but not great. They are popular, they have good songs. But their actual vocal talent? Meh.

Taylor Swift, Regina Spektor, and Madonna top that list for me. There were a few others as I read through, but those are the big ones that stuck out to me.

And when they are included and the likes of Sarah Brightman, Renee Fleming, Dolores O'Riordan, and Amy Lee are left off? It is obvious the list was arbitrary.

I can understand MAYBE not including Brightman and Fleming, as they have no "top 40" cachet. But leaving out Lee and O'Riordan? Inexcusable.
