Why Public Schools and the Mainstream Media Dumb Us Down

I was a reluctant scholar. On my very first day, I was waiting for my mother at home after she delivered me to school. I beat her again after she returned me. She and the principal failed to convince me that it was compulsory and they had to negotiate with me to "give it a try." I did give it a try, a 12-year try plus college and law school. I wish I had had the courage to run away before wasting so much time.

As for the news media, I gave up on them about three decades ago. Yes, keeping track of evens in my community, state, nation and world is much more laborious, but at least I avoid the propaganda and indoctrination.
