This is tragic, mental health has become a underlying threat to many! Leaders in all services should be taught on how to engage and refer those who appear to need help! This also might require leaders to really get to know those that they supervise and or command!

It’s called putting to much pressure on our soldiers and sailors to complete the job at any cost then you ad isolation and anxiety you get the results you have today where some find it easier to commit suicide than continue living and going through the pressure. Some people are good under pressure. People don’t have the same thick skin as we used to.
