A fight over how to enforce immigration laws reaches the Supreme Court

The parties of BOTH Houses of Congress need to get off their collective asses, stop the power struggles, and get a comprehensive immigration bill passed addressing today's problems, ALL of today's problems!

Prosecutorial discretion is just the reality of the system. What this case really seems to be about is at what level it can be implemented. Is it a written policy by an elected official or is it something happening (normally without being written down anywhere) at the local level, with differing standards depending on where you are at.
