SFC David Reid, M.S, PHR, SHRM-CP, DTM Actually I believe it's on the down side. The SCOTUS ruled against New York gun control laws with the Bruen vs New York State Rifle & Pistol. Then New York rushed an even more restrictive gun control law in place. This federal judge just issued an injunction against the new Carry Conceal improvement act.
