Army Boosting Promotion Points for Expert Badges and Cutting Those for Fitness Test Performance

Ok, am I the only one passed off at that LT wearing her funny hat? It's not an official Headgear and is only locally authorized within a Cav footprint by a Cav Commander.

I, too had my funny hat days, but the second I left the squadron it was right back to beret or (if I was lucky) PC.

Didn't EIB use to be worth 50 points? Raising the points from 30 to 60 seems fine, but lowering the max value of the fitness test seems like an odd choice.
