This is terrible and the lack of punishment (including discipline at home) is completely lacking with many Individuals. Gun safety, including keeping firearms secure. people who are a metal health risk, people with criminal records. The results of a permissive, uncontrolled criminal or in many of these cases "Nut jobs" with no effective control by the Courts and NOT acting properly on support of the Police and constantly locking up the same violators and without the penalties the law already calls for. but are NOT being imposed in many, many court cases. Its' NOT more laws We need , it's the government enforcing the laws already there and removing the criminals from society either within jails or in some cases secure mental health facilities.

After we spend a ton of taxpayer money to treat him, if he recovers he will be tried as a juvenile and the worst he faces is being locked up until he turns 18.
