This is the excuse he is using for visiting Puerto Rico before Florida. He definitely is not in a hurry to see Gov. DeSantis face to face.

It’s pretty self explanatory David. He visited Puerto Rico before visiting Florida. He is afraid of Floridians and especially Gov. DeSantis!
