Kim Jong Un is at it again by frivilously claiming that the United Nations is behind the U.S. conspiracy.

It has been observed that as the U.S. and China start cooling their heels over Taiwan, the South China Sea, Malacca Straights, Indian Ocean, Middle East, etc., the DPRK dictator awakens from his deep sleep like a thorn in the guts of western civilization and international organizations in the west. Is Kim planning another ICBM test?

The question is not about missile development or testing in the DPRK; the question is about what is the intent of Kim's sudden action against the United Nations. Is this a Chinese attack against U.S. supported international organizations, like the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which are all headquartered in the U.S. or is this a build-up to China fielding parallel frameworks to such global entities?
