Temper, temper. The judiciary will do its thing. Just because a person doesn't like how a judge is handling something doesn't mean we should go after the judge. The judge may have gotten it right, may have gotten it wrong, whatever. This is what the appeals process is about and an appeal is the proper way to deal with it.

She'll be charged with a felony but not the ones that are protesting in front of judge cavanas's house for the last few months.

This one is much more clear cut. The protesting ones run into the potential of first amendment issues. This was clearly a threat of violence and not protected speech.
