The office of Jay Ashcroft, a Republican, filed an amicus brief in a U.S. Supreme Court
case that could give state lawmakers the power to set election rules, draw congressional maps without any review by state courts, and potentially refuse to certify presidential election results.
Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft has lined up behind a U.S. Supreme Court case legal experts believe could radically reshape how federal elections are conducted by handing more power to state legislatures and blocking state courts from intervening.
Ashcroft announced last week that his office had filed an amicus brief in support of Republicans in North Carolina who are asking the nation’s highest court to restore a Congressional map that was rejected as a partisan gerrymander by that state’s Supreme Court.

Gerrymandering is wrong and also paying student loans off illegally is wrong by executive order. Is both sides need to knock this shit off.
Is president Biden gonna do the enabling act next?
Republicans, when democrats bring up Bad s*** that republicans are doing, we need to be supporting of this and be against against any breaking of the rubeing of the rules or unethical behavior. We already see president Biden's trying to pay off part of student loans and that's illegal as well because Congress did not vote on it.
Democrats like senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia Did the right thing and voted against democrats that were for the filibuster 6 years ago but calling it racist last year. We have good democrats that have moral courage to stop stupidity within the ranks.

MSgt Earl King OK sorry about the voice text errors. Basically I'm saying that the saying that the bringing up of unscrupulous Gerry mandering by any party is wrong. I'm also saying that what president Biden is doing trying to mandate partial forgiveness of student loans goes against a constitution. Nancy polos he said last year that only Congress can legislate this. I also said that 1 Democrat prevented the pademocrats from getting rid of the filibuster. Republicans almost decades ago tried to get rid of the fill of Buster and the democrats fought and were successful in keeping it but now that they don't like it, they call it racist like everything else they don't like.

Gerrymandering, currently a common practice of both parties is something that should not be allowed in my opinion
