Yea the VA is pushing using computers or phones for appointments but they won't pay for anything
There are new check-in procedures where you use your phone but be aware you may be charged by your cell provider according to the signs posted in every clinic. Isn't that just peachy. Having to pay to check in for your appointment.

They aren't getting free anything. There is no such thing as free. You and I are paying for it.
Once again, the government increases demand, while doing nothing about supply. So, in addition to paying for other peoples' internet service and laptop, desktop computer or tablet, the price we pay for our own will rise. It is the simple law of supply and demand.
