Once again the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has proven to be corrupt and partisan. Too bad they seem to be above the law and without censure. Maybe with a Republican controlled Senate we can impeach some of the justices on that bench.

Hawaii is just an appendage of Commiefornia, and the 9th Circuit is as leftist as they get. What part of "shall not be infringed" do they not understand?
