The General Public, Without Children, Doesn't Complain Often At All,

Other School Employees Fear Saying Anything, As It CAN & WILL Cost Them Their Jobs If The District Objects To What Was Said..
The Schools Are ONLY Concerned With Pleasing The Parents.
And The Parents Are ONLY Concerned About Their Kids Getting A H.S. Diploma....
And That's ALREADY Been Solved With That Stupid-Ass "NO Child Left Behind" Program..
EVERYONE Passes But FEW Receive an Education~~~
THEREFORE, The Program Itself, Is A Resounding SUCCESS,
