PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Photo at the scene of the crime, huh? My father-in-law (former Navy in Fire Control) always told me that he must have been insane the day he got married. That he should have headed out of Chicago and back to Georgia to get his senses back! He was a character. We constantly squabbled over the Marines vs. the Navy. His only son joined the Marines, so I always had that to hold over his head.
