Arguments about imaginary sky people aside, could Jesus have been gay? He wasn’t married, and he had an especially close relationship with John.
Is it possible that certain degrees of homosexual behavior are simply inherent to life on Earth? Hundreds of species have displayed such behavior.

Pretty sure a gay God would not have issued the rules to the Levites regarding homosexuality. Unless he wanted to be the only one allowed to do that sort of thing.
So her god is obviously not the JudeoChristain God.
Which is fine - she can have another God. I mean, probably not fine for her eternity, but she doesn't believe in that, either so that is her own decision. But fine, as far as I am concerned for this ephemeral life on Earth.

It wasn’t an assertion, it was a question.
Every time you open the bible, it’s open to interpretation. Over a few thousand years, it’s been translated, retranslated, and mistranslated several times. Even then, people still have to interpret the words for themselves.
Sorry, I don’t read Leviticus as condemning homosexuality. But if Levitcal rules are the hill you want die on, do you condemn people who eat shellfish? Do you condemn people who wear garments made of mixed fabrics? Do you condemn when the blind, deformed or midgets approach a church alter? Do you agree that people who break the rules should have to eat their children?
No joke…Leviticus has some stupid rules.
Back to the original question of could jesus have been gay. It’s just as easy, or easier, to interpret several passages that would indicate it was possible. Added with the fact that he never married…it’s not outside the realm of possibility that he was gay.
The bible is a neat collection of stories. But you only get out of it what you put into it. A little thought goes a long way.
