Army Reserve CW5 Phillip M. Brashear, 80th Training Command (TASS), son of late Master Chief, Master Diver Carl Brashear, whose journey to become the Navy’s first African-American diver was featured in the movie “Men of Honor”, was the guest speaker at U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence.
