I've flown on half of the top 20. Qatar gets poor marks from me. The airport service at Doha was pathetic. Cathay, EVA, ANA & JAL get my top picks. Korean also gets high marks and great airport service. The experience with Emirates was very good but lost points on in-flight service. The Singapore girl has lost her charm for me. Ground and reservations service has declined.
All in all, I will fly ANY Asian flag carrier before a US carrier if the option exists.

Most interesting. I haven't flown much in the past couple of decades and my few experiences have all been on American flagged airlines, and nothing much there to brag about except for Hawaiian Airlines. Sad to see the Americans falling behind in service especially since we taught the business to the world

Since you mention business, the issue is that US based airlines are not 100% focused on flying. Their business model has restructured into a financial institution with flying on the side.
