If you are talking about the insurrection act of 1807... The president has to give a notice for the crowd to disperse before he can send the army and navy in to forcibly disperse the mob... It is unlikely that joe would enact the terms of the insurrection act because they play on the same team.

No but you can indefinitely detain the for conspiring with terrorist organizations under the authority of NDAA 2012.. like how Lincoln detained the state assembly of Maryland and put an arrest warrant out for the chief justice when he suspended habeus corpus.

It’s really nothing like Lincolns actions. Or would you recommend that the government suspends habeas corpus again?
Also, if you feel as though Lincoln tried to have Taney arrested, please feel free to provide any evidence. The Taney arrest warrant story has never been proven, verified, corroborated, etc.
