The headline is a problem; Louisiana has at least 3 trigger laws (2006, 2021, and 2022) that would go into effect with different results. That’s probably why it’s been blocked.

CW4 Guy Butler Maybe that's why. The group filing the suit, I believe, would file the suit to stop the implementation of the law no matter what.
