So it's not really about "states' rights". Of course not.

On the contrary, Sir.
The decision is exactly that.
Infanticide or anbortion decisions are now back to individual choices and what they tell their state government what laws should or should not be.

MSG Roy Cheever The SCOTUS decision may have been, but this decision to pursue a federal ban certainly isn't.

I suppose, to read Supreme Court Justice Thomas’s brief might be in order. To see who is being honest, and not what one party or the other is try to say. MSgt Steve Sweeney

It's time for some Republicans to sit down and shut up.

That is not what I said. Try reading it again. Maxine Waters and Sandy Cortez said it!

Thank you LTC Chu for posting this.
This should go no where. Because this SCOTUS decision places the abortion issues back to the State’s Legislatures and their constituents to decide. And as a Republican, I will tell my Federal Representatives, not to make Federal legislation on this issue cause it is no longer in their lane.
And Democrats should tell their representatives the same.
It is no longer a Federal issue cause it never was a constitutional right.
